Antlion - Larva of the lacewing (Myrmeleon pictifrons) - will give humans a nip if accidentally in bed clothes but are generally harmless and free living. These larvae were presented by a patient convinced she had passed them in her urine. This is not possible and mostly likely the adult lacewing laid eggs on the ceiling of the bathroom, the eggs hatched, and the larvae accidentally fell into the toilet bowl where she saw them after passing urine.
